Are you ready to experience Valentine’s Day at our Vietnamese restaurant? We hope so. We’d love to see some lovers on the 14th, sharing our set menu with us.
Start the night with a drink and some oysters, the lovers food. For those who don’t love oysters we’re offering beef wrapped in betel leaves (a staple of Vietnamese restaurants everywhere) and spring rolls.
The rest of the menu is comprised for specials and old favourites. Shaken beef was included in our specials recently and was very popular. It’s an example of how we’re modernising Vietnamese food. If you’ve travelled to Vietnam you’ll know that beef is never as succulent as this amazing cut of eye fillet. Having the advantages of such amazing produce we take advantage to create new recipes.
Speaking of Vietnamese favourites, the three color drink is being made specially for this night. It’s a popular dessert style drink all over Vietnam and in Vietnamese restaurants in Australia. We don’t normally make it because it combines many ingredients and unless there is significant demand for it we can’t make it without wasting some of these ingredients. But we’re putting it on especially for Valentine’s Day. So come on down and experience this unique Vietnamese dessert.
